ASSESSMENT METHODS & MARKS

Assessment Methods and Types

Final Exam = 40%

Mid-Term Test = 10% ( Will announce!)

Assignment = 30% ( Please refer to next post)

Presentation = 10% ( During Tutorial, where each group have to present their Case. We will do a draw lots for presentation turn)

Online Participation = 10% ( Your participation in this blog will give you more marks, at maximum 10%)

MACF 103 FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONS 2012

Assignment Objective


 To expose and build confidence among students of real-life situation on constitutional matter.
 To enhance students’ understanding in solving real-life problems from constitutional perspectives.

Method

You are required to:
1. Form a group of ten (10) people. It can be homogeneous or heterogeneous in gender.
2. Details of your assignment requirement:

Discuss on Any Issues and Challenges of Malaysian Federal Constitution
Cases

3. Submission is due on Thursday, April 20, 2012.


4. Your group is required to produce: Assignment Report (15 pages- contain- case
background, problem statement, case fact, case analysis, lesson learned & recommendations)

Assessment:

5. Full marks is 30% (from your assignment portion)

A Brief of This Course

This course is aimed at enhancing the students’ knowledge and understanding of the Constitution. This course also aims to foster a sense of pride in the students of the country’s modern government that is at par with the developed countries in the West. The appreciation of the country’s history in a multi-ethnic context will help develop a realization for the need for special provisions to ensure the nation’s security and stability. Ultimately, this course aims to ignite patriotism in the students.
